| The movement to build up an ecological city was started up entirely. Taizhou set up 11 ecological demonstration villages and 11 ecological towns. By the end of 2003 Taizhou had totally built up 120 agro-ecological demonstration zones. Taizhou still won the title of “Advanced City of China in Forestry Development” from the State Bureau of Forestry. |
